Description of Services

ForumSigs.com will give users the ability to store images that shall be accessible via the internet. While Forumsigs.com shall make every reasonable effort to protect user's images stored using this service, ForumSigs.com is not responsible for theft, loss of, or damage of them. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their own images, and should immediately notify Forumsigs.com of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security known or suspected by users.

Forumsigs.com makes no guarantees for uptime and service availability, yet Forumsigs.com will do all within its power to have the users images available at all times.

Users understands and agrees that any images downloaded or uploaded for storage through the use of the service is done at the users own discretion and risk, and that users will not hold Forumsigs.com liable for any loss or damages that may occur for using any service we provide. Users also agree that the service is not to be used for unauthorized use, illegal, unethical, or immoral use, and that they will adhere to copywrite laws and policies when using our services.
This includes, but is not limited to:


  • Using known copywrited or protected material, including images that are the intellectual property of another party
  • Anything that contains or is used in the promotion of SPAM
  • Warez or hacker related sites or blogs
  • Pirated materials, including torrent-related sites or forums
  • Pornography or related materials
  • Any image that could exploit anyone under legal age; children, teens, in a sexual manner or other manner
  • Sites that promote racial or sexual preference intolerance
  • Forums that discuss or display info on illegal and/or copywrited file sharing, including torrents, ftp, and/or linking to downloads and password sharing.

    Users agrees to defend, indemnify, save and hold Forumsigs.com harmless from any and all claims, actions, demands, including reasonable attorneys fees, liabilities, judgments, damages, settlements, losses and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of use of the Service, violation of this Terms Of service, any copyright, trademark, trade dress, service mark, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. User also agrees to extend this indemnification to all owners, employees, and all parties of Forumsigs.com



    Our service is not to be used to host images that are to be used on a web site for its own purpose and functionality. Please do not store your menu buttons, etc.

     

    Users who signup with the intent to use such services must be at least 13 years of age.

    Forumsigs.com can at anytime refuse service to anyone, and cancel a users account, for reasons solely based on Forumsigs.com discretion. Users cannot hold Forumsigs.com liable for such actions.

     

    Forumsigs.com may send out newsletters or emails regarding our services or notices to customers regarding service. Yet Forumsigs.com will not release users information to anyone outside of ForumSigs. We will honor users privacy and not sell, release, or offer users info, including email addresses to anyone outside of Forumsigs. We will not send out SPAM or unauthorized email to our users. If at any time you do not wish to be included in such mailings, it is up to the user to notify Forumsigs.com to be removed of such notices.

     

    Forumsigs logs users IP address strictly for the purpose of fraud prevention. We do not share email addresses or private info with anyone outside of Forumsigs Image Hosting.
